All summer residences are equipped by all necessity: kitchen with a crockery, belongings and microwave stove, fire-place, terraces, telephone, coloured television set, 1-2 bedrooms, rest room, electro-heating of cottage and power supply in a court for warming up of engine of car in cold time of year.From 28 summer residences 18 have a sauna. They also are for sale actions (one week in a year). In a warm season it is possible to take off one of 9 cottages without a sauna, with electro-heating and good equipment on 2-4 men. Bed linen and towels is included in a cost.
